  • The US government and the Congress are stooges of the banking families and dare not utter a word against their wishes. Whatever is being done is being done at the behest of these families. The National Defence Authorisation Act (NDAA) signed by President Barack Obama on December 31, 2011, allows the US forces to capture any one, whom they suspect of terrorism, and intern him or her indefinitely. No appeal in any court of law against such indefinite detention will be allowed. The much projected American strategists like Zbigniew Brzezinski, Henry Kissinger, Huntington and many others are no more than giving respectability to its inhuman programme to control the world and enslave mankind.

Simultaneously, through a manipulated housing bubble, these banking families, who are masters of financial manipulation, are destroying the American middle class, which is the real source of all resistance to the dictatorship of the banking families. According to a report, eight million homes have been foreclosed since 2007, and another 10,000 per month are expected to be foreclosed till the end of the present economic crisis. Mr Mowahid Hussain, Attorney-at-Law and policy analyst based in Washington, told me that “tent cities” are now cropping up in America.

Records of campaign contributions based on Federal Election Commission data released electronically this past weekend, reveal that Romney’s top 20 donors are made up almost exclusively of the biggest private banks on the planet.

Among Romney’s top twenty donors are Credit Suisse Group, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Wells Fargo and Citigroup Inc.

By far and away Romney’s largest campaign contributions have emanated from employees and officials at Goldman Sachs, with a total of $354,700 donated.

  • Story Photo

Meeting later with reporters, Gingrich again brought up New York-based Goldman Sachs, whose employees and their families have provided more contributions to Romney than any other single employer. The company's employees gave $367,200 to Romney through Sept. 30, according to the Washington-based Center for Responsive Politics, which tracks campaign finance. That's more than the $235,275 he received from the company's employees during his failed 2008 White House bid.

Gingrich said Romney had personal holdings in "a part of Goldman Sachs that was explicitly foreclosing on Floridians."

David Wells, a Goldman Sachs spokesman, declined to comment.

Marijuana has proven safe enough to be prescribed by doctors without the bureaucratic apparatus of research institution led viewpoint advocated by Health Secretary Dr. Joshua Sharfstein. How long until we allow patients to use marijuana medicinally without being forced to procure their medicine on the black market? How long until we allow patients to bypass the complex and suffocating legal system to get their medicine? According to Dr. Sharfstein and The Sun, investigating the "effectiveness, side effects, indications, appropriate dose and so on" would take years if not decades to satisfy their need for "more research."

Research institutions are not large enough or equipped enough to deal with the large amount of patients who require and use medical marijuana. Not to mention that 72 percent of Marylanders support the idea of patients having easy, legal access marijuana. Most likely this would be achieved through dispensaries rather than research institutions due to the fact that marijuana has already been proven to effectively help these ailments and patients (something that inevitably comes down to the doctor/patient relationship regardless of research).

  • President Obama was elected because of hei promises during the 2008 primary, and general election. Promises that included CHANGE we could believe in."

This is a solid look at those campaign promises and what he has as a record.

Probably the biggest promise that most people were interested in was that Health Care and the debate for HealthCare in America would be brought to C-Span so that debate by those in the Senate and Congress could be watched, peoples idea's would be heard and voters would see how the system worked.

Here is the video of what was promised..... And The Poll concerning the issue....

    "Sunlight is the greatest disinfectant"

Obama also promised, actually committed to NO MORE SECRECY and when there was a bill that landed on his desk, we the public would know and see the bill, 5 days prior to Obama signing the bill.  That when Lobbyists and Congress met, we the American People would be able to watch the proceedings online....... We the voters would be able to determine who was being represented by OUR  representative.. Was it the Corpration and lobbyists, or was the Representative actually doing his job...

GREAT CONCEPT.. That is the way that the SYSTEM should work...

Obama's promises have been many... He promised Change that we could believe in.. He now has a track record, after having TWO YEARS with a DEMOCRATIC SENATE and HOUSE.  My Question is.. Has he fullfilled his promises?

We will debate the Promises on these Video's and please stay within the C.O.H Guidelines as those are the rules.

But Honestly... This has been Obama's  Presidency and his decesions have shaped where we are today..

Has he kept the promises that he has made in these 2 video's...

    Part 2 Coming soon.

"‪I told you this bull's eye on my back has gotten bigger," he responded before admitting he had "no idea" whether another campaign had promoted the story.

"We have no idea the source of this witch hunt, which is really what it is," he said.

The story received blanket coverage from news organizations Monday, threatening serious damage to Cain's ascendant campaign.

Other GOP campaigns also vehemently denied being behind the story.

"We plan to go after Mr. Cain, and Romney and Perry for that matter, over issues like their support of bailouts and TARP," said Ron Paul spokesman Jesse Benton. "Our campaign stays away from the personal attacks and mud slinging."

Hogan Gidley, a spokesman for Rick Santorum, said they "had absolutely nothing to do with it."

Another common sense solution for Homeowners and Banks.

Why not work together to help those who have been in their homes for a minimum of 7 years and have made all their payments on time.

When a bank forecloses on a homeowner, that had great credit, was never late, and then because of the economy… is now in default, it makes no sense.

Why  not sit down with the home owner and work around the situation of losing the house. Figure out what the home is worth in todays market, work up a new contract. And let the people that because of no fault of there own live in the house. Actually the banks could tack on the lost payments and interest from when the home owner stopped making payments to the new home price ( Market Value) and be far better off than taking the loss and spending the  Money on reselling it at the market value or less.

Is there a risk, yes, but  a far better risk that if the homeowner  had been given a second chance to recoup his investment of 7 years

Lets say the bank forecloses.. They have to serve eviction on the home owner, pay for the foreclosure and in this economy the bank may sit on the home for 12 to 16 months as the home decays and is left empty becoming an eye sore and resulting in lower values in the neighborhood.

     When a Bank forecloses… It isn’t Pretty..

Fannie Mae finalized its list of mortgage servicers on track for its highest scores in a new program designed to measure and reward improved customer service and foreclosure prevention.

Bank of America (BAC: 6.16 -0.96%) and JPMorgan Chase (JPM: 31.74 +0.44%) are not on the list.

Fannie launched the Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards program in February to provide transparency to the sector. The review was designed to help servicers focus on areas deemed critical to the government-sponsored enterprise. The firms will be given scores on a five-star scale, with five being the highest performing.

As of July, 21 of the 34 servicers subject to STAR reviews are on track to achieve at least three stars or higher.

Of the 11 largest servicers, Wells Fargo (WFC: 26.21 +0.34%), Citigroup (C: 27.81 +0.62%), Ally Financial (GJM: 20.94 +0.14%) and Everhome Mortgage are on track for at least a three-star rating. And of the 10 second largest group of servicers, Fifth Third Bank, HSBC Mortgage Corp., The Huntington National Bank, Aurora Bank, Regions Bank and Central Mortgage Co. are on pace for the higher scores, according to results released in September.

Fannie said Friday 11 of the 13 smallest group of servicers were showing signs of higher performance: American Home Mortgage Servicing, Arvest Mortgage Company, Associated Bank, Branch Banking and Trust Co., Capital One, Colonial Savings, Doral Bank, Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Co., Navy Federal Credit Union, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Co., and Sovereign Bank.

"Servicers who achieve the highest rankings in the STAR Program are the market leaders in providing assistance to homeowners who are having difficulty making their mortgage payment," said Leslie Peeler, vice president for servicer portfolio management, Fannie Mae.

While BofA and JPMorgan Chase did not appear to be on pace for even a median score, a Fannie Mae spokesman said they will have the back half of the year to make improvements.

There could be consequences if they don't. When the program was launched Fannie said servicer compensation would be tied to the year-end STAR program results.

  • Chief Executive Officer Brian T. Moynihan is counting on a new lineup to reverse the bank’s fortunes after he posted a record $8.8 billion quarterly loss, spent $30 billion to clean up faulty mortgages and sold $35 billion of assets and preferred shares to rebuild capital. The stock has lost more than half its value since Moynihan became CEO of the Charlotte, North Carolina-based company in January 2010.

“Moynihan knows he’s in the line of fire, he’ll do everything he can to save the bank,” said Greg Donaldson, chairman of Evansville, Indiana-based Donaldson Capital Management LLC, which oversees $500 million including Bank of America shares. “If for some reason he’s gunned down, he knows he has to have an heir apparent. Montag is a winner, a guy bringing dollars to the bottom line, and it would be hard for the board to throw him out, should the time come.”

  • Top Bank of America Corp lawyers knew as early as January that American International Group Inc was prepared to sue the bank for more than $10 billion, seven months before the lawsuit was filed, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Bank of America shares fell more than 20 percent on August 8, the day the lawsuit was filed, adding to worries about the stability of the largest U.S. bank. It wasn't until Warren Buffett stepped up with a $5 billion investment that those fears were eased, though hardly eliminated.

The bank made no mention of the lawsuit threat in a quarterly regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission just four days earlier. Nor did management discuss it on conference calls about quarterly results and other pending legal claims.

How much cost and uncertainty can government impose on a U.S. bank before it buckles under the strain? Federal and state officials are now running this experiment at Bank of America. Call it the new method of stress-testing in the era of Dodd-Frank—seeing how much of the tab for bad housing policy can be imposed on shareholders before a bank is once again in need of help from taxpayers.

This classic too-big-to-fail bank appears to be in better shape than it was during the financial crisis, with roughly twice as much capital and $402 billion in cash. BofA seems able to fund itself without difficulty, and that's probably why the stock rebounded 11% Wednesday as investors realized that this doesn't look like a re-run of 2008.

So far everybody I’ve talked to has been annoyed by it, mostly the conservatives. I don’t think it’s going to work. I do think, however, that somehow or other they will raise the debt limit by making some promises that people will fall into the trap of believing,” Mr. Paul said

  • Story Photo

The fact is, Republicans were put back in power during the last election to stop the runaway spending in Washington, D.C.—not to cut ‘deals’ that increase taxes and spending,” said Paul.

“If Republicans cave on their Tea Party mandate now, I believe they will pay a severe price at the ballot box in 2012, and I also think that President Obama believes the same. That is why he is pushing for this deal, but Republicans should not fall for it.”

Congressman Paul is leading the nationwide push urging people to contact Congress and tell them not to go for the purported deal. The effort began over the weekend by Paul contacting hundreds of thousands of supporters from his email list, and is expanding this morning with millions being contacted via email and social media. By late Monday there will be internet advertising up, and radio and TV ads are planned for later this week.

Republican Presidential Candidate Ron Paul announced early this morning on his official campaign 2012 Facebook page that he has raised $4.5 million in the 2nd fiscal quarter of 2011 which ended at midnight Thursday.

The post read: “We have raised $4.5 Million in the 2nd fiscal quarter of 2011! We are making history once again. Never in our lifetimes have we seen such a grassroots movement for individual liberty, sound money and non-interventionism. It's time to END THE FED!”

"Anybody who ever thought Ron Paul was a joke was not paying attention," said Charlie Black, a veteran political strategist who advised Republican presidential nominee John McCain in 2008. "His stature is elevated because his followers did play a big role in the Tea Party movement and the victories for Republicans in 2010."

In the 2012 campaign, Paul said, rivals no longer dismiss him.

"In the debates last go-around, if I brought up monetary policy they literally would laugh or snicker," he said. "I don't think that's there anymore because people are realizing the current system isn't working that well."

Some of the top seeds... (Pardon my pun)

Are about the bill that Ron Paul and Barney Frank have introduced in the congress to legalize Marijuana nation wide.

Paul, Frank to introduce marijuana bill

The Marijuana Policy Project said the legislation would "end state-federal conflicts over marijuana policy, reprioritize federal resources and provide more room for states to do what is best for their own citizens."

In early June, a 19-member international panel called the "war on drugs" a failure and recommended the United States consider legalizing marijuana as a way to undermine criminal organizations.

Arizona  and 14 other states have made Marijuana legal for medical purposes, however the Arizona governor had to halt the proposed start of sales because of what the Federal Government told the states attorney general concerning the federal law.

Feds’ stance toward state medical marijuana programs expected at any moment

Medical marijuana activists say they expect the U.S. Department of Justice at any moment to issue a statement clarifying the federal government’s stance toward state-sanctioned medical marijuana programs – like the one approved by Arizona voters last year, but which remains in jeopardy as lawsuits surrounding its legality play out.

But lets take a look at this......  Why not just make it legal across the U.S. Stop the War on drugs and start helping those with a problem.

What are the benefits of Marijuana legalization?

    1. We stop the main source of cash for cartels in Mexico.
    2. We may be able to tax Marijuana sold retail and help the governments "INCOME' Problem.
    3. Our Prisons are over run with people that have Marijuana  convictions... Release them and save cash.

Lets discuss this and if you are for it.... CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN and get this Bill Passed...

And if anyone can find the Bill and the Bills #....Please post!

  • A group of House members led by Reps. Ron Paul (R-Texas) and Barney Frank (D-Mass.) plan to introduce legislation Thursday that would legalize the use of marijuana and allow states to develop their own rules on the drug's use within their borders.

Modeled on the amendment to the U.S. Constitution that repealed the prohibition of alcohol, the legislation is being cast by the Marijuana Policy Project as the "the first bill ever introduced in Congress to end federal marijuana prohibition."

Paul used the example of a fictional street crime, such as a shooting, in which a victim is unable to fight back, to highlight his issues with Obama’s explanation. “Imagine if this standard was applied to criminal law in the United States,” argued Paul.

Paul also pointed out that the Obama Administration never defended its actions in Libya as a way to stop Qaddafi from killing Libyans. In fact, “the claim was that Libya might begin killing its civilians in the future,” argued Paul. Humanitarian intervention, according to Paul, can’t be a justification “for violating the sovereignty of another country.”

Texas congressman Ron Paul has predicted that inflation will hit 50 percent in the next couple of years, thanks to the massive debt the country has accumulated.

Paul, who spoke to admirers and Republican activists at a Manchester house party, said the inflation will act like default.

Social Security checks will still be cut and interest payments will still be made, but the inflated dollars will allow the government to repay borrowed dollars with devalued money, Paul said.

"They cannot pay the debt," he said. "I don't think that means you shouldn't try and work things out, but with the size of this debt it never gets paid."

Ron Paul stirred up the conservative Christian throng at the conference of Faith and Freedom Coalition conference on Friday when he used the Bible to illustrate why large government is terrible. The presidential candidate also used the Bible to justify his struggle to preserve faith and family system.

Ron Paul also narrated the tale of the Israelites and their appeals for an earthly king. Furthermore, he narrated the story found in 1 Samuel chapter eight in order to validate his stance that big government is ethically erroneous for the United States.

The Texas congressman told the Christian throng that the people of Israel used to have ideal family system before their first king and found no requirement of any government to take care of them. Paul believes that they do not need a king and that Washington should not act like a king of the U.S.A.

“Ron Paul is the only candidate who is asking the questions, asking what the repercussions are of our actions, and if it’s making us any safer – which it’s not,” Ivers said.

Paul has been a longtime opponent of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Both Democratic and Republican leaders over the past 50 years have supported foreign wars and interventions under the flawed notion that fighting battles abroad will keep Americans safe at home, Paul said.

The most recent example of the philosophy came Thursday when President Barack Obama pledged financial support for emerging North African democracies and advocated a two-state solution in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, he said.

Just think of the Colleges that we could close and the money saved on a formal education by using this simple philosophy

Behind Grass-Roots School Advocacy, Bill Gates

For years, Bill Gates focused his education philanthropy on overhauling large schools and opening small ones. His new strategy is more ambitious: overhauling the nation’s education policies. To that end, the foundation is financing educators to pose alternatives to union orthodoxies on issues like the seniority system and the use of student test scores to evaluate teachers.

In some cases, Mr. Gates is creating entirely new advocacy groups. The foundation is also paying Harvard-trained data specialists to work inside school districts, not only to crunch numbers but also to change practices. It is bankrolling many of the Washington analysts who interpret education issues for journalists and giving grants to some media organizations.

“We’ve learned that school-level investments aren’t enough to drive systemic changes,” said Allan C. Golston, the president of the foundation’s United States program. “The importance of advocacy has gotten clearer and clearer.”

The foundation spent $373 million on education in 2009, the latest year for which its tax returns are available, and devoted $78 million to advocacy — quadruple the amount spent on advocacy in 2005. Over the next five or six years, Mr. Golston said, the foundation expects to pour $3.5 billion more into education, up to 15 percent of it on advocacy.
